Digital help for a healthy life is here
Thanks to the support of the Auchan Foundation, the Miből Mennyit Egyek digital educational program will continue in 2023 with new program elements and much more intensive communication than before. WELL works on the creative and press work of the Program.
For six months, those who join the Miből Mennyit Egyek program receive personalized help on a weekly basis, for example, on how much of what food they should eat, in what form and how often they should consume it. The website mibolmennyitegyek.hu can thus be useful and exciting not only for those who want to eat healthier, but also for those who want to lose weight or reduce their health problems by switching to a balanced diet. After registration, you can participate in the program for free, and 40 hours of dietetic counseling will be drawn among those who apply.
Next time, at EFOTT (Sukoró, July 12-16, 2023), in the rest area next to the Auchan store, the specialists of “Miból Mennyt Egyek” will be waiting for those festival-goers who are happy to register for the program accompanied by a healthy and refreshing smoothie.
