According to the report, one of the dietary supplements found twice as much zinc and half as much vitamin C as reported.
Dietary supplements contain nutrients in a concentrated form. Taking them is due to a weakening of the immune system, or if the body does not get enough vitamins and minerals from food. Probiotics with live microorganisms help maintain a healthy gut flora. Their use may be necessary especially in case of antibiotic treatment. (MTI)
