Drinks from the mountain
Karloff distillery started making Tatratea liqueurs about 20 years ago. The concept of the 10-product range is built on traditions: mountain men tried to cure the sick using medicine they prepared themselves. Tatratea liqueurs contain black tea, medicinal herbs, mountain spring water, molasses alcohol, fruit extract and oak wood chips. The mixture is filtered after 8 weeks and then aged in oak barrels. In Hungary Tatratea liqueurs are distributed by Heinemann.
