Ipsos: We still want safe shopping in stores
While in the spring one third of our respondents, in the autumn only one fifth answered that they started using new products and services as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. These continued to be mostly hygiene products, as well as the ordering of foods that had become commonplace online, often with a cashless payment option, home delivery.
