Interactivity contributes to a better consumer experience
Today 77 percent of the US population owns a smartphone and this influences mobile and online shopping trends. New York & Company has installed self-service kiosks in their shops, where customers can buy products from both the company’s online shops and the physical store. This shows that retailers are now combining interactive technologies with the experience offered by brick and mortar stores. The technology that they need to use depends on the store type, on the kind of goods offered and on the kinds of customer experiences the shop has. //
