Innovative vocational training
In order to solve the workforce shortage problem of the hospitality industry, the Marriott Group, in partnership with the BKSZC Szamos Mátyás Training Centre and Civil Impact Nonprofit Kft., has developed a free training programme for young people. Young people aged between 18 and 24 who have at least a matura certificate are welcome to join. Zsuzsanna Kiss, HR manager of four Marriott hotels in Budapest told: they would also like to see young people from disadvantaged backgrounds enter the programme. //
