Innovation in the sheep sector
Researchers expect a boost in lamb consumption, due to a cooperation, realized in the sheep sector in the scope of a sheep sector innovation in the Northern Plains region.
Animal and human experiments prove that the selenium, magnesium, lysine that can be found in lamb meat show encouraging results in cardiovascular therapy – explained Jávor András Professor Vice-Rector of the University of Debrecen. The human experiments have continued, but according to the Professor; all the licenses may be received until the end of the year to use lamb food as a therapy – reports Origo.
