Slovakia would push down prices with free flour and pasta
The needy will be given free free flour and pasta in Slovakia. The government’s plans were strongly criticized by the opposition immediately.
The Slovak government would open up the country's grain stocks: the needy would receive flour and pasta for free.
Iveta Radicova Prime Minister and Agricultutral Minister Simon Zsolt swould gaiven hands to those who really suffer and on the other hand with the free pasta and flour they would put pressure onn the markets to reduce prices. The first tender was already annonced for the first 45, 000 tonnes of grain – reports Világgazdaság Online, after Die Presse.
