This year, more sunflowers and corn grown in Zala county, as in last year. The harvested crop has a good quality – the county chairman of the National Association of Agricultural Economics (NAK) told MTI on Tuesday.
Almost 85 percent of the sunflower has been transported into the warehouses. On the 6.2 thousand hectares of crop area, the average yield was 2.7 tons per hectare, while last year an average of 2.2 tons per hectare sunflower grown – Süle Katalin said. (MTI)
