ALDI joined the Christmas donation campaign of the Hungarian Food Bank Association again this year
ALDI has been cooperating with the Hungarian Food Bank Association since 2016. Within the framework of the partnership, food that is no longer traded but is still fit for consumption will reach those in need through the Association. This year, the number of ALDI stores participating in the program has already exceeded 100. This year, the chain of stores also supports the operative operation of the Food Bank with one million forints, and for the third year in a row it has been participating in the Christmas Donation Collection of the Food Bank Association, which will take place on 27-29 November 2020. Volunteers from the Food Bank collected customer offers in significantly more ALDI stores, 81 more than last year, so that there are opportunities to donate in many stores across the country.
