This year SIAL in Paris is the world’s No.1 trade exhibition

At this year’s SIAL 5,500 food manufacturers from 101 countries, together with 19 product sectors and food manufacturing industries will introduce global trends and innovations. The international event will host 150 conferences and 12 large-scale programmes. 148,000 visitors are expected from 185 countries to this year’s SIAL, where the main topics will be global trends and innovation; art de vivre: catering, wine, gourmet products; food and health and food design.
