There is no foolproof formula, but there are customizable super tricks
The challenge is not an easy one, as it is almost impossible to find a perfect recipe in the rapidly changing market conditions burdened with crises, and the uncertainties and obstacles often take their toll on black belt managers as well. What makes an employee feel valued and how does this relate to business growth? Why should you invest energy in exit interviews? Is it important to know the name of our colleague’s dog? We’ve collected the most instructive travel tips and personal stories from this year’s international lineup of Stretch speakers.
At the end of November, the Stretch conference returned with a series of thought-provoking presentations, relationship-building programs and plenty of practical management tips. The goal of the international management forum is for the speaker to demonstrate the multifaceted task of successful management today through the unique and personal experiences and examples of company managers, team trainers, organizational developers, business coaches and psychologists. The venue of Stretch, now held for the ninth time this year, was the imposing backdrop of the Uránia Film Theater, but those interested could also view the presentations and company stands online, and even participate in a few minutes of personal meetings with other professionals. This year, around 450 visitors joined the Stretch community from all over Europe, including Egypt and the United States.
