The Fish Cooking Festival in Baja is celebrating its 20th anniversary
The Fish Cooking Festival in Baja is celebrating its twentieth anniversary. On Saturday night traditional dishes will be cooked in around 1500-1800 cauldrons.
Bócsa Barnabás, managing director of the event organizer Baja Marketing Kft. told MTIon Friday that since 1996, which was the 300th anniversary of Baja, fish was prepared “only” in 300 cauldrons. The festival has become a real public feast where everyone can relax and have fun with friends and families, and because the participants do not compete with each other, results will not be announced.
