Meat factory infection will restore pandemiological restrictions in a district in Germany

PAndemiological restrictions will be lifted in Germany in the district of Gütersloh in the province of North Rhine-Westphalia due to a massive coronavirus infection in a meat plant, the provincial prime minister has announced.

Armin Laschet said that for the time being, the restrictions learned in the worst phase of the pandemic, March-April, will be restored by June 30, and beyond if necessary. Thus, in the district of 360,000 inhabitants, most shops will be closed until at least the end of the month, and from gyms to restaurants to cinemas, every place where many can gather. Kindergartens and schools had already been closed the previous week. (MTI)
