How and at what price we can keep our employees
There is no question that the key to a successful restart of the economy is to keep our employees, but how and at what price? – Baja Sándor, Managing Director of Randstad, discussed this issue with the leaders of BCSDH’s member companies on 24 April.
The online discussion took place as the first event of the Hungarian Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSDH) series of company management discussions, which is now starting. The organization, which brings together 94 member companies that account for 30 percent of the GDP, considers it important to create a forum for business leaders to honestly discuss their dilemmas and share their solutions to the challenges of the current situation. This will also help to make the relaunch of the economy smoother and lessons learned to create a more sustainable new business.
