Gundel Restaurant has launched its “Celebrity Menus” series.

Celebrating its 130th anniversary, Gundel makes available the experiences of famous guests from the restaurant’s great past. The first of these was the menu served at a reception in honour of Queen Elizabeth II. Kálmán Kalla, the executive chef back then created the dinner in a way that the royal crown was somehow present in every dish. This year the “Four Crowns Menu” was available in the early summer to anyone. //
