According to a representative survey by PwC (earlier GKID) for eMAG, the most attractive benefits of subscription loyalty schemes are a discount on the total purchase amount (30%) and free home delivery with no or a low value threshold (27-27%). 22% of respondents consider free parcel delivery to be the most useful.
