Uber Eats leaves seven markets
Eats is pulling out of the following markets: Czech Republic, Egypt, Honduras, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and Ukraine. The company is also transferring its Uber Eats business operations in the United Arab Emirates to Careem. The markets mentioned above represented 4 percent of Eats’ EBITDA losses in the first quarter of 2020.
