Nébih facilitates the rapid receipt and processing of data, as well as the prompt notification of animal owners in the event of an error, by making it possible to report movements online:

• in the case of mass notification in XML format (5147 – Cattle transfer notifier – file),
• in case of individual notification, on the notification form that can be filled out on the Internet (3147 – Cattle transfer notification).

In the case of these documents, it is also possible to request a cattle certificate and an e-cafe certificate

If the animals are not expected to be transferred to a new farm, i.e. not outside the “own” farm, it is worth choosing the e-cattle certificate that can be exchanged for free.
In connection with this document, it should be emphasized that, like the paper-based cattle letter, it is considered an official certificate and does not prove ownership. At the same time, unlike the beef letter, the e-beef letter can only be used for reporting in the following cases:
• died or died during transport,
• killing,
• forced slaughter outside the slaughterhouse.

In the above cases, cattle with an e-cattle certificate can be removed using the 3150 – Cattle final removal notification receipt. The e-cattle certificate must be handed over to ATEV in the case of transporting the carcasses of animals destined for final removal for disposal. It is important to note that the described methods and types of documents are used only for reporting animal movements within own farms. The condition for this is that there must be several animal husbandry-type farms within a county. The advantage of online notifications is that the documents or uploaded files that are completed and submitted flawlessly appear in the system immediately.
