HoReCa players were primarily looking for tools that offered a quick return on investment: speeding up ordering and payment processes, cutting down on labour costs and managing multi-channel sales within a single interface. Demand was very much affected by the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) data reporting obligation, which pushed many businesses towards digitalisation.

The data‑reporting obligation introduced by NTAK has significantly shaped demand, steering many businesses toward digitalisation

“Over the past six months, there has been an exponential growth in interest and preparations for our automation and digitalisation solutions, which aim to generate the biggest revenue for a store with the smallest possible number of employees”,

informs Attila Bessenyei, the CEO of Laurel Kft.

Laurel 247 Shop is based on the hybrid store model and enables more efficient operation, with extended opening hours and fully digitalised payment and receipt processes. Laurel 247 Shop will also be on display at the Future Store stand at the 2026 SIRHA trade show. In 2025 the performance of the software market was strongly influenced by the uncertain economic environment: tighter financing conditions contributed to fewer but more carefully considered developments.

Mandatory digitalisation in 2025 created an unprecedented surplus of data within the sector

Comprehensive coverage

Márton Vásony
general manager
Banktech Safe

Banktech Safe Kft. achieved measurable growth in the HoReCa and food industry segment in 2025. The company provides integrated coverage of sales, operations and analysis processes, including the kitchen, manufacturing and purchasing areas.

“In 2025 Banktech’s sales in the HoReCa and food industry augmented by approximately 30% if compared to the previous year. The expansion was partly due to the entry of new customers and partly the result of expansion in the range of solutions already in use by existing partners”,

explains general manager Márton Vásony.

At the SIRHA trade show the company will showcase its entire software ecosystem. In 2025 mandatory digitalisation created a surplus of data and this means that more and more market players can look at their own operations in greater detail.

UCS RKeepeR Rendszerház Kft. expanded its domestic presence in 2025, while its customers’ demand for modular developments became increasingly pronounced. The company works with a toolkit that covers the entire hospitality industry, from order taking to central management.

“Approximately 2,500 units in Hungary use r_keeper, which is a testament to its reliability and chain-level scalability. At SIRHA 2026 we will be showcasing the end-to-end r_keeper ecosystem: POS, manual order taking, kitchen displays, self-service kiosks, WebManager and online connections”,

reports general manager Sándor Bagdi.

In 2026 the company will launch its online training programme, the r_keeper Academy.

In 2025 myPOS maintained its strong presence in the HoReCa and food industry segment, especially in the area of electronic payments. The company also provides comprehensive digital operations for units active in the physical environment.

“We have also grown significantly in the HoReCa segment in recent years. Digital age verification is one of our main areas of development and we are the first to launch this service with DÁP (digital citizenship)”,

Digital menu

Máté Délceg
managing director
Code Kitchen

Code Kitchen Kft.’s customer base grew dynamically in 2025: more than 50 new domestic restaurants joined the ReservOurs system.

“Our most popular solutions in 2025 were the QuickPick free QR code digital menu and the restaurant offer management module, which simplifies the management of group and event offers”,

we learn from managing director Máté Délceg.

At SIRHA 2026 they will present the improved reservation manager and the new group offer request interface.

Nándor Nagy
managing director
Innovair Codes

In 2025 Innovair Codes achieved growth by building on marketing automation and loyalty programmes.

“We released our own marketing automation software, which is based directly on data from POS and related applications. We have combined this with a loyalty programme, so that it also generates actual revenue. At SIRHA we are introducing an AI-powered telephone solution that records orders and table reservations using natural Hungarian-language communication”,

says Nándor Nagy, managing director of Innovair Codes Kft.
