Fish to be made in three thousand cauldrons in Baja
A new adventure park opens its gates on the opening day of the 21st fish cooking festival on Thursday in Baja. The event is featuring numerous concert. Fish will be made in three thousand cauldrons.
Bócsa Barnabás, executive director of the festival organizers Baja Marketing Kft. told MTI that the 21st Baja Fish Cooking Festival this year takes place from 7 to 10 July in the Kiserdő adventure park on the Petőfi Island in Baja. On Saturday, about 10 tons of fish, 18 tons of pasta, 10 tons of onions, 15 thousand liters of water, 380 kilograms of red pepper and 260 kilograms salt will be used for cooking. (MTI)
