The second Saturday of July would be turned into a Fish Feast
The people of Baja want a national Fish Feast on the second Saturday in July. Dozens of restaurants across the country have joined the initiative of the Baja Fish Soup Champions Association and the city’s local government – Hajdú Miklós, the city’s deputy mayor told MTI.
Several municipalities in the country have undertaken to strengthen their local communities by offering fish dishes in connection with the time of the great cooking in Baja, as well as promoting fish consumption. Among others, organizers joined the Halünnep Fish Feast from the Lake Balaton, Szarvas, Dunakiliti, Budapest – Hajdú Miklós informed about the preparations. (MTI)
