The specialists of the office measured, inter alia, the protein and salt content of the products, the occurrence of heavy metal contaminants, and the identification of the fish species and their marking.
During the laboratory test, it was found that the heavy metal content did not exceed the legal limit for any product, the salt content also corresponded to the value indicated on the label, for two products the protein content was lower than it was indicated. (MTI)
