Members of POPAI Hungary Association met in Heineken’s new office on 8 September.
National trade marketing manager Dániel Salem was the host, and the topic was the future of sales promotion. National sales director Zoltán Eszéki welcomed participants, and talked about the importance of cooperation in the sector in the current turbulent times.
Dániel Salem introduced the global trends that influence consumers and spoke about the peculiarities of the Hungarian market, giving a retail channel specific overview of POS opportunities, tools and promotional methods. Jácint Goneth, head of business development at PromoLAB mentioned a couple of promotional misconceptions, and introduced the solution his company developed for brands and retailers instead of microsites. //
