Imports grew faster than exports
In June, the volume of exports increased by 16.4 percent and the volume of imports by 16.0 percent year-on-year, with export prices rising by 5.2 percent and import prices by 8.4 percent in one year.
In the first half of the year, exports increased by 21.7 percent and imports by 19.3 percent, resulting in an export surplus of 3.670 billion euros, up 1.575 billion euros from a year before. (MTI)
