GKI Digital – Árukereső.hu: E-commerce continues to rise
What we already know: record traffic for the first 10 months of 2020
In 2020, all factors so far have served to strengthen online retail, which has had a detrimental effect on other sectors. This is also accurately confirmed by the traffic data of the last 3 quarters. The impact of the coronavirus on e-commerce was already indirectly felt in the first quarter of the year, but by the second quarter it had become really significant. While most of the trade was virtually stagnant, the online market grew by 21 percent in the first quarter and an impressive 47 percent in the second quarter alone.
