GfK: the proportion of customers loyal to their banks is increasing
The proportion of customers who are loyal to their banks increased steadily last year, while the proportion of those who are open to change bank is stable; it is around 7 percent – GfK’s representative survey reveals.
The Financial Intelligence analysis based on quarterly data quoted Ertl András, GfK specialists, who argued the trend that more and more customers choose customized solutions, which stabilizes and positively affects the relationship with the main bank. (MTI)
