Future Store – This year between 4 and 6 February! Visit us and participate in the guided tour!
In the store of the future we are going to present the latest health-conscious dietary trends too. As part of this, we are going to introduce the new product ranges from Zimbo E-free, Mediline Koko and Ceres, together with the Fresh&Go brand of Prémiumkert.
At the Pavilion A K1 Future Store stand of the Sirha Budapest 2020 trade show approximately 25 companies will showcase their innovative products, successful devices and latest solutions in a very special way, which visitors can see in the form of a guided tour. Every day we are putting different companies in the limelight in our newsletter, sending their invitation to you here and now.
Having studied the latest consumption trends, Zimbo has developed its new E-number free product range, focusing on three product groups: pork Bologna sausage, peeled pork wiener and seasonal grill sausage. The products are gluten-, soy- and lactose-free, and they don’t contain added nitrates either. What is more, they are also recommended to consumers living with some kind of food intolerance. Those who visit the future store will get the opportunity to taste the international ham specialties of Bellfoods Group as well – the special taste of these products is the result of air-drying them for months in different parts of Europe, curing the hams in special conditions and salting them manually for the perfect taste. The products are available in 80g format and the range consists of Spanish Serrano, Italian Prosciutto and German Schwarzwalder ham that are gluten-, soy- and lactose-free, and are made without additives or flavour enhancers. Thanks to their special taste that is so characteristic of the region they come from, these hams are guaranteed to be real culinary delicacies for everyone.
More new products that the visitors of the Future Store will have a chance to try are the Mediline Koko dairy-free, coconut-based Cheddar cheese alternative, a plant-based cream and coconut yogurts. Koko vegan products are rich in added calcium, D12 and B12 vitamins. They are dairy-, lactose- and gluten-free, and they don’t contain artificial flavouring agents, preservatives or colours either. The premium coconut milk-based products are made of coconuts picked in East Sumatra. Koko Cheddar cheese alternative is easy to slice and grate, and it is the perfect choice for cooking and baking too. The plant-based cream is ideal for sandwiches or cheesecakes if a bit of sweetener is added. As for the coconut yogurts, they are the favourites of many – they are available in plain, vanilla and fruit variants. In wholesale the products are available from Mediline, while in retail they can be found in Diéta Life Market stores.
The representatives of the company will also welcome those in the Future Store who aren’t only interested in any of these products, but also in the franchise store system of Diéta Life Market.
Ceres 4 will bring a very special new product to the Future Store stand, one that supports a balanced and conscious diet. Bavarian Rye Loaf weighs 500g, it is moderately spicy and slightly sour. Thanks to its higher protein and fibre content, this bread can form part of a balanced and diverse diet. Fitt Oatmeal Bars contain not only different cereals but oatmeal too, which provides the product with more beneficial characteristics. Because of its protein content the product can contribute to the health of bones. Evening Bread is made with rye and it is rich in protein and fibres, so it is recommended to those who follow a conscious diet; due to the fact that the product is low-carb, it isn’t a problem if this bread is eaten in the evening. Ceres didn’t forget about gourmet consumers either, the 350g Rhodes Loaf stands alone in the Hungarian market, being made with small bits of chocolate, orange and walnut.
Freshen up in the Future Store with the freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices of Prémiumkert’s Fresh&Go product range! The secret behind these products’ success is that the fruits and vegetables that can be pressed arrive in stores prepared and pre-weighed for pressing. Each package contains just as much prepared fruit and/or vegetable from which 400ml of freshly pressed juice can be made. All you need to do is open the bag, put the fruits and veggies in the pressing machine and the fresh juice is ready in just a few seconds. You can save a lot of time and less fruit and vegetable waste is generated in your home by using this product, and the good news is that the waste generated where the fruits and vegetables are prepared is used to feed livestock right there! We collect the packaging waste selectively in the shops where the products are sold, so that no extra burden is put on the environment.
