Master course by French confectioners
The Guild of Hungarian Confectioners organised a master course with French confectioners for the 8th time this year. Denis Matyasy and Patrick Simeone gave courses for 2 and a half days in Budapest to those who wanted to learn the secrets behind the success of French confectioners. Master confectioner Roland Zanin introduced the latest trends via his products. Participants had the chance to learn new technologies for preparing the updated versions of traditional desserts, e.g. Pavlova. //
