Refreshing Help form Soproni: the programme continues
HEINEKEN Hungária and the Hungarian Interchurch Aid started the Refreshing Help form Soproni programme to help young job seekers find work. The idea worked well: 70 percent of workshop and counselling meeting participants found a job within 180 days. Now the programme continues with a job search phone number, a nationwide roadshow and an online attitude survey. András Palkó, brand manager of the HEINEKEN Hungária group believes the programme’s biggest strength is shaping the way job seekers think.
