The Competition Authority fined consumer groups
The Competition Authority fined three consumers groups for a total of six million forints for providing misleading informations to consumers – the GVH announced on Wednesday.
The competition authority fined the Creditswiss Kft. for 5 million HUF, the Optimum Holding Kft. for 808 thousand HUF and Kalomuna Credit Kft. for 155 thousand HUF in two procedures.
From January consumer groups cannot be established, yet the existing ones can still operate – reports [origo].
