Unilever to buy toothpaste brands from P&G
Unilever announced that it had signed an agreement to buy toothpaste brands Fluocaril and Parogencyl from Procter & Gamble. Fluocaril provides oral care solutions for cavities, while Parogencyl tackles gum issues. Both brands are well-known in the pharmacy channel, especially in France and Spain, and are recommended by dental care professionals.
