FM: the campaign that was launched to increase rabbit meat consumption was successful
According to the Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM), this year’s campaign aimed to increase rabbit meat consumption was successful.
Ugron Ákos, on the harvest day and rabbit meat cooking contest of Debrecen-Józsa on Friday said that the rabbit meat consumption campaign was launched in June with the support of the ministry, the Agricultural Marketing Center and the Rabbit Interprofessional Organization. Since then, the amount of rabbit meat sold in the chains has increased by 6 percent. (MTI)
