FM: the quality of bakery products can be improved, due to the amendment in the Hungarian Food Codex
The regulation about the mandatory specifications of the Hungarian Food Codex was amended, which covers the regulations on bakery products as well. Thanks to the amendment higher-quality breads and bakery products can be made – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told.
According to the communication of the Ministry, sent to MTI on Tuesday, New rules are used for the composition and types of breads and the list of protected products has also expanded. The new regulations control the composition in case of 15 breads. (MTI)
