FM: the tracking system of the food industry enterprises should be raised to European level
The tracking system of the food industry enterprises should be raised to European level by extending the modern, web-based, mobile-technology solutions in Hungary – Laszlovszky Gábor, the food processing department manager of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said.
The ministry said in a statement on Friday at the conference evaluating the past year work of the national food traceability platform: the working group of the platform closed a successful year. The food chain security strategy and the food development strategy give priority to support the traceability of foodstuffs. (MTI)
