FM: modern crop protection is a key to human health
Modern crop protection is a key to human health, because food safety begins at the soils and healthy plants – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said in a statement in Budapest on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry’s communication, Bognár Lajos explained at the 62nd Plant Protection Days that to coordinate the long-term community interests and short-term individual interests the state’s conscious role is essential. He added that the cooperation of the plant protection authorities and plant protection experts, as well as the use of integrated pest management systems ensure the production of pesticide free food products.
