Levente Koppány, sous chef of Salon restaurant has qualified for the regional final of the S.Pellegrino young chef world championship. There will be 134 young chefs from 50 countries competing in the world final next year. The regional final will be in Hamburg on 23 September, where the best young chefs from Hungary, Germany, Austria and Poland will be cooking. //
