Young chefs competition

The 2024-2025 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition is open to chefs younger than 30 years until 19 June, who can submit a signature dish recipe that conveys their personal vision, unique skills and creativity. As in previous years, ALMA – the International School of Italian Cuisine – is going to do the first selection process, and the shortlisted young chefs will take part in the regional finals, which will be held in the second half of 2024.
