The competition authority has conditionally approved the expansion of the OTP group in agriculture and the food industry
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has authorized the OTP Group to acquire the NAGISZ Group, which is active in the agricultural and food markets, but under conditions that are able to handle the situation arising from the overlap between the managers of the OTP and Csányi Group in a competition-neutral manner.
According to the GVH’s announcement sent to MTI on Tuesday, the procedure of the competition authority examined the acquisition of control of the ZA-Invest Béta Kft. over the Csillag Csemege Kereskedelmi Kft. (MTI)
