The Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. will be liquidated
Liquidation has begun at the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. in Salgótarján, because during the time of the bankruptcy process, the company did not agree with its creditors – Demeter László, secretary of the Commercial Employees’ Union in Nógrád county informed MTI on Monday.
Demeter László said that the biggest creditors, the banks did not accept the bankruptcy arrangement offer of the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft., so bankruptcy arrangement has not been reached. The liquidator will be appointed by the court – he added.
The bankruptcy process against the Palóc Nagykereskedelmi Kft. was launched on 23 September 2016. (MTI)
