Nestlé Introduces Improved Garden Gourmet Plant-Based Burger
Nestlé has announced the launch of Garden Gourmet Sensational Burger in Europe, which is an improved and meatier version of the Garden Gourmet plant-based burger.
The food giant has upgraded the recipe of Garden Gourmet burgers for the second time since its launch over a year ago.
The ingredients used in the burger include natural soy and wheat protein, rapeseed and coconut oil. It owes its colour to natural plant extracts.
It is fermented using a proprietary method for plant-based ingredients to boost the ‘umami’ flavour of the burger.
