Mars makes sustainability with tree planting program and forest protection training
Mars has planted more than 900,000 trees in cocoa-producing areas and nearly 115,000 farmers in its forest protection training over the past year. One of the world’s largest producers of sweets, pet food and food will report on the progress made by consumers and environmental companies on the occasion of International Cocoa Day on 1 October in order to make the cocoa supply chain 100% deforestation-free by 2025.
