FAO: do good, save food!
FAO has collected nine easy-to-learn tips in an info-graph, that would prevent from increase, but rather reduce the amount of food waste through our everyday decisions. It is worth re-think our current habits especially during the holidays when cooking and eating have a more prominent role.
The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) launched its global initiative to rationalize food waste in 2011. Since then, several nonprofit partners and companies have joined to the SAVE FOOD initiative.
