FAO: the growing income levels in developing countries also affect eating habits
People in developing countries can expect the growth of population, income levels, food consumption as well as the rate of urbanization to increase.
All of these factors will have an impact on dietary habits as animal protein becomes more accessible and more popular over the starchy products – the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) revealed on Wednesday in its Agricultural Outlook 2015-2024 reports made by FAO and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
