As new students, former students of the University of Szeged expect the lowest starting salary and those leaving Szent István University the highest, but with 10 years of experience, Nyíregyház University and Budapest University of Technology and Economics are at the two ends of the scale.

This year, February 15 is the deadline for applications to university courses. Students can make a confident decision with Profession.hu’s own trend analysis based on a sample of 104,000 students. Hungary’s most visited thematic job portal examined the labor market expectations and opportunities of those with a university degree in its latest analysis. Most of the relevant and active users in the Profession.hu database graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University, the University of Debrecen, the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and the University of Pécs. The sample of 104,000 people includes the 18 institutions that most users in the database graduated from.
