This is the only burger restaurant on Lake Balaton on the Gault&Millau list
The Bitang Burger from Alsóörs has been included in the Gault&Millau international restaurant guide, which returns after ten years, and has won the Szakmai Elit “Burger Restaurant of the Year 2025” award.
The restaurant, which opened in 2021, was classified in the Gault&Millau “Pop” (Popular Establishments) category, thus elevating it to the top one percent of Hungarian restaurants. The success of the burger restaurant lies in their approach and quality. They welcome guests all year round with seasonal burgers, so this fall and winter they are preparing specialties such as goose liver or venison burgers. The year 2025 brought record turnover, in May they already reached the level of last year’s August.
