The European Court of Auditors is an effective but not flawed EU SME program
The EU SME support program is effective and innovative progrma but has problems – the European Court of Auditors’ Special Report on the Instrument to support small and medium-sized enterprises states.
The SME Facility was set up under Horizon 2020, the EU’s research and innovation program, to support small and medium-sized enterprises. The Facility aims to support innovation in SMEs and start-ups through funding of 3 billion euros over the 2014-2020 period, by supporting funding and increasing the commercialization of research results.
