Huge forces were mobilized across Europe against food adulteration
Serious forces were moved by the European authorities in recent months, to eliminate criminal organizations distributing counterfeit food products. The Hungarian authorities were also involved in the process.
The list of seized products is led by low-quality wines of which 300 thousand euros worth goods were blocked. The authorities also seized fish, olive oil, tomato sauce, cheese, swee productss. In Hungary, medical products, clothes, shoes, electrical appliances and toys were included on the list of shoddy or fake goods – reports penzcentrum.hu.
