LogiNet, Liferay and IFUA Horváth & Partners have organised a discussion with the participation of the representatives of UNION Biztosító, Takarékbank, K&H Bank Zrt., Bookline and Nestlé. The experts agreed that one of their top tasks is focusing on customers in every area of their operations. In this they are relying on UX- CX- and Service design tools, and on information gained by analysing customer habits and journeys.
