Erythritol in Tate & Lyle’s sweetener portfolio
Tate & Lyle has added ERYTESSE erythritol to its sweetener portfolio, having signed a strategic partnership distribution agreement with a supplier of the compound. ERYTESSE Erythritol has about 70% the sweetness of sucrose, a similar temporal profile and zero calories. It can be used in various food items, including beverages, dairy, bakery and confectionery products.
